QuickField validation of the test case A.1 presented in ISO 10211:2007 Thermal bridges in building construction.

Plane-parallel problem of heat transfer.

Given:
Thermal conductivity of the media λ = 1 W/K·m.

Problem:
Determine the temperature distribution in the media in reference points of the rectangular grid 1x1 m.

Temperature calculated in QuickField is presented in the table below (reference temperatures are shown in the brackets). To comply with the ISO 10211:2007 the difference between calculated and reference temperatures should be less than 0.1°K. This simulation accuracy complies with the requirements of ISO 10211:2007.
