  • Hot-Line technical support via telephone, fax, e-mail and online GoToMeeting sessions.
  • Software and documentation updates and Quality Assurance reports.

First year of the maintenance is included into the cost of all updates, upgrades and new purchases of the permanent licenses. Software leases and temporary licenses always include the maintenance. You may generate the quote for your maintenance extension automatically.
