Voltage

To specify Dirichlet boundary condition (known voltage), check this box and enter the value of voltage and its phase.

External Current

To specify a linear external current associated with vertex, check the box and enter the current value.

Both voltage and external current can depend on time or on coordinates. To specify coordinate or time dependent boundary condition enter the required formula in place of numerical value. Formulas are discussed in details in Working with Formulas section.

Note:
If the values of known voltage and external current depend on coordinates, QuickField calculates individual boundary condition values for all vertices linked to the label.
