The model consists of clouds, buildings, trees and ground.
Building height 80m,
Tree height 40m,
Church tower height 120m,
Clouds height 250m.

Given
Cloud 1 potential U1 = 4 MV;
Cloud 2 potential U2 = -5 MV;
Potential of the buildings, trees, ground U3 = 0 V.
