QuickField help structure
QuickField package includes program QuickField and several additional utilities, including add-ins called from within QuickField menu and utility programs that able to work autonomously. QuickField help system provides instructions about each program, as well as basic information about QuickField features and use, necessary to start working with this tool.
Learn QuickField
QuickField help library and the website includes considerable number of solved example problems, part of which has step-by-step instructions. There are also interactive on-line tutorials describing main QuickField approaches, references to scientific and engineering articles, and example problems kindly provided by our customers.Installing QuickField
Here you find information about QuickField copy-protection system, review of available license types and copy protection keys, advices related to QuickField installation and first run.Using QuickField:
- What is QuickField
Here the main types of the physical problems, which could be solved by QuickField, their field sources and boundary conditions, are reviewed in brief. - Theoretical description
Detailed information is provided about setting up the electromagnetic, heat transfer and stress analysis problems within QuickField. It describes differential equations, boundary conditions, field sources and results calculated for each type of QuickField problem formulation.
- What is QuickField
Advanced solution analysis
Along with traditional methods of the field analysis QuickField provides optional instruments for the harmonic analysis of the space distribution of the field, and a tool for the self- and mutual capacitances matrix calculation for the system of conductors.Parametric calculations
QuickField tools for the serial and parametric analysis are described here.Collaborative work of QuickField with other programs
Here we consider different methods of the import and export of geometric models, two-way data exchange with Microsoft Excel, finite element mesh and calculated field export, loading of the exported mesh and field into Matlab®, saving of the field picture to the file.Programming with QuickField
QuickField is not just an interactive program, but also a COM-server, which could be called from other programs written in different programming languages like Visual Basic, C++, C#, Delphi, as well as from scripts and application packages (Excel, Word, Matlab).
