QuickField Professional Project License

The QuickField Professional Project License provides short-term access to the complete QuickField Professional package for a specific one-time engineering project.
This license is typically requested after successful evaluation of QuickField using the QuickField Evaluation License.
This license is intended for consultants, independent engineers, inventors, small companies, research groups, and other users who need QuickField Professional for a one-time project rather than continuous use.

• License duration and fee

  The Project License provides access to QuickField Professional for up to 2 months from the date license credentials are issued by Tera Analysis Ltd.
  The Project License fee is US $590.
  The license provides temporary access to the complete QuickField Professional package through the Tera Analysis license server.
  The Project License is a short-term project access license. It is not a subscription plan and is not intended for recurring use.

• Upgrade credit

  If the customer purchases an Annual or permanent QuickField Professional License before the Project License expires, the Project License fee will be fully credited toward the price of that license.
  The upgrade credit applies only to the same customer or organization that purchased the Project License.
  The credit cannot be transferred to another organization, exchanged for cash, or applied to unrelated products or services.

• Availability

  Availability of the Project License is subject to review by Tera Analysis Ltd. Project Licenses are normally issued once per organization or individual user.
  Additional requests may be considered after a reasonable period of time has passed since a previous Project License, at the discretion of Tera Analysis Ltd.
  Requests submitted under different names or email addresses within the same organization may be treated as repeat requests.
  Project Licenses are intended to support execution of a specific one-time engineering project and are not intended as a substitute for an Annual or permanent QuickField Professional License.
  Tera Analysis Ltd reserves the right to determine eligibility and to refuse or revoke short-term licenses in cases of misuse or use inconsistent with the purpose of this license.

• Permitted use

  The Project License may be used for commercial or non-commercial engineering analysis related to a specific one-time project.
  The license may not be resold, transferred, shared outside the licensed organization, or used as a substitute for an Annual or permanent QuickField Professional License.

• Technical requirements and activation

  The Project License provides temporary access credentials to QuickField Professional via the Tera Analysis license server.
  Activation and continued use require:

  • Internet connection;
  • permission for outbound network connections;
  • access to the QuickField license server;
  • absence of local or institutional security restrictions blocking license access.

  In some corporate, institutional, or secured network environments, firewall rules, proxy servers, VPN settings, antivirus software, operating system policies, or other security restrictions may prevent access to external license servers. Such restrictions are outside the control of Tera Analysis Ltd.
  Reasonable assistance with license activation and connectivity issues is provided. However, uninterrupted access to the license server cannot be guaranteed in all network environments. Technical issues arising after successful activation are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Relationship with Evaluation License

  Applicants who have not previously used QuickField are encouraged to verify successful operation of QuickField using the QuickField Evaluation License before requesting a Project License.
  The Evaluation License allows temporary non-commercial use of QuickField Professional for compatibility testing and familiarization with the software.
  Unlike the Evaluation License, the Project License permits use of QuickField Professional for commercial and non-commercial engineering work related to the approved one-time project.
  If QuickField is already installed and operating successfully under an Evaluation License, activation of the Project License typically requires only entering new access credentials. Reinstallation of QuickField is not required.

• Refund policy

  If activation of the Project License cannot be completed due to technical restrictions preventing access to the QuickField license server, and the issue cannot be resolved with reasonable assistance, the Project License fee will be refunded upon request.
  Refund requests related to activation must be submitted within 7 days after license credentials are issued. After successful activation of the license, the Project License fee is non-refundable.
  Changes in local network configuration, firewall policies, VPN settings, antivirus software, operating system configuration, or institutional security rules after successful activation are outside the scope of refund eligibility.

Project License request
